For over 220 years, the Peacham Meetinghouse has been an important place of worship and a community center, as well as an iconic and stunning landmark visible for miles around. Since the beginning, the Peacham Congregational Church has been charged to “preserve and maintain the Church’s Meetinghouse” for congregants and townspeople alike.
To assure a vibrant and thriving future for the Meetinghouse, the next phase of the Third Century Campaign will build on our successes and further expand Meetinghouse offerings. We will ensure that the Meetinghouse can meet the current and future needs of our community with features and amenities such as complete ADA-compliant access and facilities, an elevator to the second floor meeting hall and Sanctuary, a second-floor bathroom, and a modern community kitchen.
