User Agreement & Application
Scheduling
The Administrator handles scheduling, reviews and approves User Applications, and manages the use of the facility. The Administrator will assign a Meetinghouse Manager to meet with the User before the event and after for the post-event inspection.
The application must be completed at least TWO WEEKS prior to your event. More time may be required for large or complex events.
The Administrator reserves the right to deny use to any applicant, for any reason.

Both the Sanctuary and Social Hall at the Meetinghouse are available to schedule meetings, events, private parties or other activities by organizations or individuals. The building is partially accessible, has Wi-Fi and sound/zoom facilities, and offers optional kitchen facilities.
If you have questions about use of the Meetinghouse, please contact the Administrator at peachamchurchinformation@gmail.com.
The following information outlines the user application process.
Once you have found an available date for your event and reviewed all the pertinent information, here are the steps to take:
-
Download the application and the relevant Manuals/Checklists.
-
Fill out the application on your own computer; save a copy.
-
Return the application to the church via mail (paper copy) or by sending the PDF via email.
In extreme circumstances and at the discretion of the Administrator, and the PCC Board, refunds may be given for cancellations at the rates of 100% prior to 72 hours before the event. If a User cancels within 72 hours of the event the deposit will not be returned. Once full payment has been made at least 24 hours before the event, there are no refunds.
